This 7-year-old Bourbon was the distillery’s 2022 Wyoming-only release, and the nose has touches of dried fruits, a hint of citrus, subtle spices, honey, and a hint of hazelnut. The taste has a nice balance of nutmeg, honey, oak tannins, orange peel, and dark chocolate. The finish has lingering spices and a touch of cocoa powder underneath. Very nice. (June, 2023)
