This Bourbon is Wyoming Whiskey’s standard whiskey finished in PX Sherry casks, and the nose is nutty and aromatic with dried fruits, blackberries, oatmeal cookies, and black cherries. The taste is fruity and warming with dried fruits, a hint of cinnamon, black cherries, and blackberries. The finish is long with touches of blackberries and black cherries. (June, 2023)
