The nose has notes of green apples, bananas, coconut, nutmeg, allspice, and a hint of lemon zest. The taste is dry with a solid cinnamon spicy touch, clove and nutmeg, along with hints of coconut and banana underneath the spices and just a touch of oak. The finish is dry with subtle spices and a hint of lemon zest. (April, 2015)
