WhistlePig Rye FarmStock Crop #001. Image courtesy WhistlePig Rye. This WhistlePig expression is the first to include whiskey distilled at WhistlePig Farm in Vermont, and blends that young whiskey with older sourced whiskies up to 12 years old. The nose is clean and crisp with hints of dill, clove, and fresh bread dough. The taste is spicy with notes of clove, dill, honey, caramel, a hint of brown sugar, vanilla, and a touch of oak. The finish is long with lingering clove and dill notes. (March, 2017)
