Type: Single Malt

Bottler: WhistlePig, LLC

ABV: 46%

This whisky started out at Canada’s oldest malt whisky distillery, and WhistlePig’s team finished it in their Rye whisky barrels. The nose has good touches of baking spices, molasses, and red apples. The taste has spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and a hint of nutmeg balanced by molasses, honey, red apples, and a touch of anise. The finish is long, dry, and spicy with a touch of oak.
