This annual release is finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks from Spain, and takes its name from the Spanish Sherry capital of Jerez de la Frontera. The nose has touches of toffee, dark fruits, red grapes, and raisins. The taste is full of vanilla pods, apricots, honey, and a subtle touch of oak. The finish is long with touches of stone fruits, honey, oak, and a hint of leather.
