This Westland single malt was matured in a combination of Garry Oak and ex-Washington State wine casks for 43 months. The nose has touches of blackberry jam, a hint of apples, and cedar shavings. The taste has notes of blackberries, molasses, apple chips, cedar, and a hint of red grapes. The finish is long with dark fruits, cedar, and hints of molasses and brown sugar.
