This whisky from Wayne Gretzky Estates is finished in recharred American oak casks, and the nose has a toffee sweetness balanced by a hint of clove, caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla. The taste is thick and complex with toffee, caramel, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and sweet with a touch of spice. (October, 2022)
