This peated single malt uses barley grown on the Fenniscourt farm near Waterford and is smoked with Irish peat. The nose is pungent and earthy with touches of mushrooms, dark honey, and a subtle maltiness. The taste is smoky and spicy with peat smoke, black pepper, and sweeter notes of honey and barley sugar in the background. The finish is long and smoky with lingering spice.
