Country: Canada

Region: Yukon

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 58%

Score: 94 Points

This Yukon single malt from Two Brewers has a malty, creamy nose with touches of honey, vanilla, caramel, a hint of oak, and a delicate peatiness. The taste has a good balance of subtle peatiness and white pepper, chili powder, and dried fruits, and adding a few drops of water brings out a touch of chocolate. The finish has a gentle peatiness with dried fruits and lingering spices.
