The Macallan 25. Image courtesy The Macallan/Edrington.This Speyside classic has a nose full of Christmas cake, toffee, and orange marmalade with hints of dried apricots and honey in the background. The taste is tart and fruity with a good balance of baking spices that don’t overpower the fruity notes. Citrus fruits abound with hints of Christmas cake and toffee. The finish is long, subtle, and fruity. Excellent! (November, 2018)
