The nose on this Dalmore single malt has touches of chocolate-covered orange slices, hints of plums and cranberries, figs, and balsamic vinegar. The taste has notes of orange, chocolate, licorice, plums, cranberries, and subtle spices. Adding a few drops of water opens up fruity notes as well. The finish is long with lingering hints of licorice, cranberries, subtle spices, chocolate, and orange peel. (April, 2022)
