The 2022 release from Sweetens Cove is a blend of four Tennessee Bourbons finished in casks previously used for Speyside single malt Scotch whiskies. The nose is aromatic and fruity with red apples and peaches, toasted oak, vanilla, and honey. The taste has notes of apples, peaches, tobacco leaf, dry spices, baking chocolate, and brown sugar. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices and baking chocolate. Nice! (December, 2022)
