Country: USA

Region: Kentucky

Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Covered Bridges Whiskey Co.

ABV: 46.1%

Score: 91 Points

This Bourbon gets its name from a historic covered bridge in Kentucky’s Bourbon County, and the nose has notes of dried flowers, straw, honey, and vanilla along with a hint of spice that develops slowly. The taste starts off sweet at first, followed by a burst of black pepper spice with a subtle fruity tartness in the background and hints of dried flowers, brown sugar, and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with subtle touches of spices and fruit. (July, 2021)
