This is a unique collaboration between Arkansas and Kentucky. Rock Town founder Phil Brandon took Arkansas-grown corn and wheat to the column still at Bardstown Bourbon Company for distillation, then returned the spirit to his Little Rock rick house for maturation. The nose has nice touches of caramel, honey, toasted oak, and red apples. The taste has notes of wood spices, caramel candy, honey, vanilla, red apples, and toasted oak. The finish is long with toasted oak and subtle spices.
