This straight Bourbon has the usual Bourbon notes on the nose: caramel, leather, tobacco, and charred oak, but also has a nice touch of peaches as well. The taste starts off thin at first, with a buildup of spices that follows along with touches of caramel, honey, and cocoa. The finish is medium-length with a touch of caramel and a hint of spice.
