This Puni expression is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks, and the nose has touches of figs, toffee, dates, blood oranges, honey, and marzipan. The taste has notes of dry spices, toffee, figs, dates, and a touch of orange. The finish is long with dry wood spices. (November, 2022)
