This Bourbon comes from an undisclosed Kentucky distiller, and the nose has notes of caramel, leather, tobacco, honey, vanilla, and dried fruits. The taste starts off with a note of cherry cola, followed by a burst of spices and touches of honey, vanilla, and caramel. The finish has a nice touch of oak and lingering spices. (February, 2022)
