The nose is aromatic and warm, with hints of apricots, toffee, soft spices, tree fruits, pears, and red apples. The taste is creamy with a gentle buildup of pot still spices, toffee, creme brûlée, and subtle hints of fresh fruits. The finish is long, gentle, and complex with touches of toffee and creme brûlée. Wow! (November, 2018)
