This 20-year-old Pendleton Canadian whisky was a top award winner in the2023 Canadian Whisky Awards, and the nose has touches of leather, tobacco, butterscotch, hints of almond, white pepper, and a subtle touch of citrus. The taste is robust and dry with baking spices, honey, molasses, and caramel. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of oak tannins. Excellent!
