This 8-year-old wheated Bourbon was distilled in the spring season of 2013, and the aroma is classic Bourbon: toasted oak, caramel, honey, vanilla, subtle spices, and a hint of cherry pipe tobacco. The taste has a good spicy character with touches of black pepper and cinnamon complemented by honey, vanilla, dried fruits, and black cherries. The finish is long, subtle, and well-rounded.
