Oban’s entry in the Diageo 2022 Special Releases collection is a cask-strength 10-year-old single malt. The nose is malty with touches of toasted bread, honey, and a subtle kiss of smoke. The taste is tart with grapefruit and lemon pepper spice balanced by honey, vanilla, grilled pineapple, and a soft smokiness. The finish has tart touches of lemon pepper spice and citrus.
