Nikka Days Japanese Whisky. Image courtesy Nikka Whisky.This Japanese whisky blends malts from Nikka’s Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries along with their Coffey still grain and malt whiskies. The nose is crisp and clean with a hint of grilled pineapple and notes of honey, vanilla, and butterscotch candies. The taste is light, tart, and citrusy with pineapple, grapefruit, and mango balanced by honey, butterscotch, and a whiff of smoke that comes out on the finish to complement the fruitiness.
