This New Riff Bourbon was distilled from heirloom Yellow Leaming corn, and the nose has notes of honey, caramel, vanilla, straw, and subtle hints of apples and peaches. The taste has a slow onset of cinnamon and black pepper spices, with honey, caramel, and vanilla underneath along with a touch of dried fruits. The finish is medium-length and dry with a hint of spice. (May, 2023)
