This New Riff Bourbon gets its name from the Blue Clarage heirloom blue corn used in the mashbill. The nose has touches of buttered popcorn, honey, vanilla, caramel apples, and subtle baking spices. The taste is thick, chewy, and fruity with hints of clove underneath and touches of caramel apples, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy with clove and a hint of peppercorns along with honey and vanilla. (May, 2023)
