This Irish Whiskey is named for the Natterjack, the only species of toad native to Ireland. The nose has notes of straw, caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, and a hint of citrus. The taste has soft spices, tropical fruits, and hints of straw, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with a hint of citrus. (March, 2022)
