This blend of Kentucky and Tennessee Bourbons from Milam & Greene is finished with charred French Oak staves, and the nose has touches of baking spices, toasted marshmallow, honey, orange blossom, vanilla, and chocolate fudge. The taste is led by clove and cinnamon, with red apples, apricots, and a hint of pear coming out as the spices start to fade. The finish is tongue-tingling and long with subtle spices. Very nice!
