The 2021 edition of Michter’s 10 Year Old Bourbon has a classic Bourbon aroma on the nose with caramel, dried fruits, honey, vanilla, oak, and a hint of tobacco. The taste has honey and molasses sweetness balanced by black pepper, a hint of cinnamon, and touches of vanilla and dried fruits that add complexity. The finish is long and well-balanced. Excellent!
