This 100% Rye whisky is finished in heavily charred casks, and the nose has touches of caramel, dark chocolate, honey, and wood spices. The taste is led by wood spices and a touch of cherries along with ripe fruits, caramel, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and spicy. (November, 2022)
