The nose is light and floral with notes of vanilla, clover honey, and ginger root. The taste is rich and assertive with a good balance of floral notes and spicy touches of clove and ginger root. Honey and cocoa bring it all together. The finish is dry, long, and tingling with touches of ginger, anise, honey, and vanilla. Excellent! (September, 2015)
