Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 50%

Score: 93 Points

This 6-year-old Bottled in Bond Bourbon is made with corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley. The nose has nots of vanilla, dried flowers, a hint of tobacco, orange peel, and subtle spices. The taste has a great spiciness with black pepper, clove, cinnamon, and cardamom balanced nicely by honey, vanilla, and toasted caramel. Water smooths out the spices while boosting the honey and caramel sweetness. The finish is long and fades away gently with a touch of nuttiness. Excellent! (June, 2021)
