Country: USA

Region: Kentucky

Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 63.3%

Score: 92 Points

The year’s final batch of Larceny Barrel Proof is bottled at a whopping 63.3% ABV, and the nose has hints of dried flowers, honey, caramel, old leather, and apples. The taste is mouth-coating and peppery with touches of cinnamon, red apples, honey, vanilla, and caramel. Water adds dried fruits on the nose along with a hint of chocolate, tempers the spices on the palate, and adds touches of peaches and dark chocolate. The finish is long and spicy with a nice underlying sweetness. (September, 2022)
