2023’s first batch of Larceny Barrel Proof has notes of caramel, wood spices, brown sugar, vanilla, and a hint of honey on the nose. The taste is thick, chewy, and peppery with a touch of cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla in the background. The finish is long with lingering spices and a sweet background.
