Kyrö smoked the malted rye used in this whisky with alder wood, adding a unique touch. The nose is woody and warm with baking spices, campfire smoke, and a hint of smoked salmon. The taste has spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger root balanced by black cherries, campfire smoke, and smoked salmon. The finish is long and dry.
