Jura 1990

Country: Scotland

Region: Highlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 46.5%

Score: 92 Points

This Jura single malt spent most of its maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels before a brief period in Amoroso Oloroso Sherry casks from Spain. The nose has touches of peaches, mango, almonds, and a hint of cinnamon bark. The taste is fruity and well-balanced with a touch of fresh berries, vanilla, almond oil, and apple pie. The finish is long and vibrant. (October, 2022)
