This whiskey from Hotel Tango Distillery in Indianapolis is distilled from a Bourbon mash and matured in a combination of new and used barrels. The nose has notes of buttered popcorn, caramel, honey, and subtle spices. The taste has a good spiciness with black pepper, cinnamon, and allspice notes balanced by honey, vanilla, and a hint of citrus. The finish is long with gently fading spices. (December, 2018)
