Photo ©2019, Mark Gillespie/CaskStrength Media. This single malt was distilled in February of 1992, just two years before Littlemill closed for good in 1994, and spent 21 years in a first-fill Port pipe before Hart Brothers bottled it in November of 2013. The nose is full of cooked fruits, oak tannins, a touch of plums, subtle spices, and a slightly brothy character. The taste has notes of blackberry jam, clove, white pepper, plums, and raisin bread. The finish is long and raisiny with hints of plums and blackberry jam. (November, 2019)
