This wheated Bourbon comes from the Green River Distillery in Owensboro, Kentucky. The nose has touches of wheat bread, honey, butterscotch, vanilla, and a hint of linseed oil. The taste has notes of buttered popcorn, honey, dried fruits, butterscotch, and touches of peaches and apricots. The finish is long with subtle lingering spices and touches of butterscotch, peaches, and apricots.
