This 5-year-old Bourbon from the Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky has a classic Bourbon nose with caramel apples, vanilla, subtle spices, and hints of stone fruits. The taste has a nice spiciness with black pepper, cinnamon, and allspice balanced by honey, vanilla, stone fruits, and a hint of caramel. The finish is long and spicy with a subtle hint of tree fruits. Excellent! (February, 2021)
