The nose has excellent balance with notes of freshly-turned soil, almond, lavender, maple, caramel ice cream topping, and a touch of hazelnut. The taste is elegant and creamy with notes of orange peel, hazelnut, allspice, and a hint of brown sugar underneath. The finish is spicy and long with subtle touches of hazelnut and almond.
