The 2021 edition of George Dickel’s Bottled in Bond is a 13-year-old Tennessee Whiskey distilled in the spring of 2007. The nose is fruity and ripe with touches of cherries, orange peel, and a hint of apricots along with honey and toasted oak. The taste has subtle spicy notes of cinnamon and allspice complemented by fruity notes of cherries, red apples, and orange peel, while hints of honey and oak pull it all together. The finish is long, fruity, and well-balanced. These annual releases get better every year! (May, 2021)
