This four-grain Bourbon comes from grain grown on the Frey Ranch in Fallon, Nevada, and the nose is full of caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, vanilla, and soft oak. The taste has a nice balance of sweetness and spices with dried fruits, oak tannins, black pepper, honey, and vanilla. The finish is medium-length and slightly dry with consistent flavors. Excellent!
