Country: USA

Region: Nevada

Type: Bourbon

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 63.1%

Score: 95 Points

This is one of the earliest barrels filled at Frey Ranch in Nevada, and won a Double Gold medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The nose has notes of toasted caramel, molasses, brown sugar, honey, hints of dried fruits, charred oak, and cocoa. The taste is complex with dry spicy notes of cinnamon, clove, black pepper, and mesquite complemented by touches of cherries, brown sugar, honey, and toasted oak. The finish is long and dry with subtle lingering spices and dried fruits. Wow! (September, 2021)
