This single cask bottling for the U.S. market has a nose that’s rich with caramel corn, vanilla, and hints of tropical fruits and cinnamon in the background. The cinnamon comes alive on the palate along with a touch of white pepper balanced by tangy fruits, dried flowers, and a hint of anise. The finish has touches of peaches, lingering spices, and a hint of cherry cola. Nice! (April, 2022)
