This 10-year-old is a blend of single grain and single pot still Irish whiskies finished in XO Cognac casks. The nose is dusty and dry with a touch of maltiness and hints of dried apricots, honey, and vanilla. The taste has notes of oranges, almond oil, ginger, dark chocolate, and tropical fruits. The finish is long and fruity with a touch of ginger. Nice! (February, 2022)
