This single cask bottling for the James J. Fox shop in Dublin has touches of figs, toffee, and Christmas cake on the nose, along with hints of cherries and dried fruits. The taste is thick and fruity with touches of clove and cinnamon, figs, toffee, and cherries for a well-rounded and robust flavor. The finish is long with subtle spices and a touch of Christmas cake.
