Drumshanbo is the name for single malts from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland, and this triple-distilled malt has a dry, grassy nose with touches of honey, dried flowers, and butterscotch. The taste is malty and grassy with straw, dried flowers, butterscotch, and honey with a hint of spice at the end leading into the finish. The finish is long with dry spices complemented by barley sugar and dried flowers. (October, 2022)
