Country: Scotland

Type: Single Grain

Bottler: 359 Spirit Purveyors

ABV: 55.4%

Score: 93 Points

This single grain from the closed Cambus Distillery started off in an ex-Bourbon barrel, then was transferred to a second-fill Oloroso Sherry cask in 2018. The nose has touches of toffee, dark fruits, and hints of apricots and licorice. The taste is thick and dry with notes of toffee balanced by white pepper and hints of plums and apricots. The finish is long, dry, and aromatic.
