Crown Royal Noble Collection 13 Year Old Blenders' Mash. Image courtesy Crown Royal/Diageo. This is part of Crown Royal’s Noble Collection series of annual limited-edition releases, and is a 13-year-old “Bourbon Mash” made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley at Crown Royal’s distillery in Gimli, Manitoba as one of the key flavoring whiskies used in the Crown Royal blends.

The nose has notes of peaches, red apples, butterscotch, honey, and a touch of oak. The taste is rich and sweet with caramel, fudge, butterscotch, vanilla, and muted spices. The finish fades away slowly with subtle touches of allspice and vanilla for a very smooth and creamy whisky. (June, 2018)
