This 32-year-old single cask has dried flowers on the nose along with touches of sandalwood, honey, cedar shavings, and a hint of ginger. The taste is syrupy-thick with fruity touches of peaches and apricots, gentle spices, honey, ginger, and a hint of pine. The finish is long and slightly dry with a fruity character and a subtle touch of oak. Very nice. (September, 2021)
